Today marks the beginning of the Clifden Trad Fest. The festival plays host to top quality musicians, singers & dancers. Music sessions are in general the focal point of the festival itself a number of artists throughout Ireland as well as local musicians.
Where will the pub sessions take place?
The pub sessions will take place in the following locations: Friday 6th April at 10pm in Lowrys Bar, Central Bar and Guys Bar. Saturday 2nd April: 1.30pm in Macdaras Bar and 4pm in Griffins Bar. Saturday night: 10pm: Lowrys Bar, Mannions Bar and O Malleys Bar. The “Farewell Session” will be in Foyles Hotel at 12.30 on Sunday 3rd April.
How can I get there?
Citylink operate daily services from Galway-Clifden starting at 08:30 Hrs in the morning. For more information on timetables & bookings, visit our Citylink website.
We will also be bring customers back from the Clifden Trad Fest up to 18:30 Hrs in the evening.

Once again, the festival has thrown up a fantastic lineup. With lots of local & national musicans, the festival has added lots of colour & variety to continue the success of previous years.
